Akhil Akkineni–Zainab Celebrate First Wedding Anniversary
Last year on June 6th, young actor Akhil Akkineni tied the knot with his longtime partner Zainab Ravdjee in a traditional wedding ceremony held at Nagarjuna’s residence. As the couple celebrates their first wedding anniversary today, Annapurna Studios marked the occasion with a warm message, wishing them happiness and a year filled with beautiful moments.
The wedding was an intimate yet star-studded affair, attended by close family members and a few industry friends, including Megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Naga Chaitanya, and Sobhita Dhulipala. Pictures from the ceremony went viral on social media soon after. Zainab Ravdjee, a Mumbai-based contemporary artist and perfume alchemist, is the daughter of industrialist Zulfi Ravdjee. At the time of her wedding, she had a modest social media presence, which has now grown significantly with a much larger following.
Akhil is reportedly celebrating the special day in Hyderabad along with his wife, keeping the anniversary private and heartfelt.
On the professional front, Akhil Akkineni is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Lenin, scheduled to hit theatres on June 26. The project is expected to be an important one in his career, with strong buzz around its release. He is also preparing for a couple of new films lined up in the pipeline.
