BJP Floor Leader in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, P Vishnu Kumar Raju made a good suggestion.
The first complaint against Agrigold was made in January 2015 in Nellore. Vishnu Kumar said that the company might have realized quite earlier that it would be getting into a serious mess and might have disposed of some of its properties much earlier.
Therefore, the investigation into the Agrigold scam by the CID should also pursue the transactions of the company one year prior to the lodging of the first complaint.
But in reality this will not happen because of the general perception among the public that Naidu is shielding the Agrigold scam accused.
Even the High Court has pulled up Naidu in vain on various occasions for the lethargic nature of the investigation.
