Sara Ali Khan says she believes in accepting constructive criticism seriously and tries to implement it most of the time, while also learning to ignore unnecessary negativity that comes with a career in the film industry.

The actress shared that around 80 percent of genuine feedback helps her grow as a performer. At the same time, she feels it is important for actors to maintain balance while dealing with both praise and setbacks.

Sara, daughter of actors Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan, recalled how her mother had warned her about the challenges of sudden fame after the success of her debut film Kedarnath in 2018. The film was followed by the commercial success of Simmba, which brought her immense popularity within a very short span.

Speaking about that phase, Sara admitted that receiving overwhelming love early in her career felt exciting but also frightening. She added that facing disappointment after a couple of films failed to generate the same response became even more difficult to handle.

Over the years, the actress says she has learned to process both appreciation and criticism with maturity while continuing to focus on improving her craft.

On the professional front, Sara is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Pati Patni Aur Woh Do. The film also stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh in important roles and is scheduled to release in theatres on May 15.
