Singeetham Srinivasa Rao has once again captured the imagination of audiences with his new film Sing Geetham. Even at this stage of his illustrious career, the veteran filmmaker continues to experiment, and he is now set to deliver a unique musical fantasy experience in theatres on June 11.

Actress Shalini Kondepudi, who plays the antagonist in the film, shared her experience of working on this distinctive project. She revealed that the core idea of the film was conceived years ago, yet it still feels fresh and relevant today. According to her, every line in the film has been crafted in a musical format, making even conversations flow like songs.

She added that the biggest challenge during the shoot was not singing, but delivering dialogues in perfect musical rhythm. To adapt to this unique storytelling style, the entire team underwent extensive workshops to maintain consistency in performance.

“Singeetham sir is a perfectionist, and we had to attend numerous workshops to perfect the pitch,” she said. She further described her role as a powerful antagonist with multiple layers, expressing her excitement about working with such legendary filmmakers and technicians.

Shalini also praised music director Devi Sri Prasad, stating that he helped every actor understand the rhythm and musical structure required for their performances. She emphasized that the rural-based fantasy narrative is extremely fresh and immersive, promising a theatrical experience that audiences would love to revisit again and again.
