Music composer Mani Sharma, fondly known as “Melody Brahma,” has become the center of social media buzz after filmmaker Sai Rajesh shared a series of humorous remarks about his visit to the composer’s house.

Speaking at the recent Chennai Love Story song launch event, Sai Rajesh recalled his experience of visiting Mani Sharma’s residence. He said that as soon as he entered through the gate, he was impressed by a Benz car, followed by a well-designed office space, which made him admire the composer’s lifestyle. However, what truly shocked him, he joked, was Mani Sharma’s “tequila collection,” which he humorously claimed could fund a small independent film.

His witty comment—“you could make a film with that collection”—quickly went viral, sparking laughter and trending discussions across social media platforms. Fans responded with amusement, calling it one of the most entertaining behind-the-scenes anecdotes from the film industry in recent times.

Sai Rajesh also referred to earlier humorous comments made by Mani Sharma about him, where the composer allegedly joked about giving him an opportunity after seeing his early work. Dismissing the playful remark, Sai Rajesh clarified that Mani Sharma remains a legendary music director whose contribution to Indian cinema is unmatched.
