Days after resigning from Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), former state health minister Etela Rajender has resigned to yet another key position he had. He resigned as the president of Nampally Exhibition Society.
The expelled TRS leader, who joined in Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday, has sent his resignation letter to the Secretary of the Exhibition Society. He has been President of the Exhibition Society since 2014.
With this, the members of the governing body of the society may meet and approve the resignation of Etela. It seems that the governing body is planning to give the post of Nampally Exhibition Society president to Minister KTR soon.
Rajender joined the Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday in the presence of Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and G. Kishan Reddy. Arriving in Hyderabad on Tuesday morning, he resigned as president of the Nampally Exhibition Society.
