Makkal Needhi Mayyam party president Kamal Hassan said that he is not afraid of IT raids and alleged that the BJP is trying to intimidate its opponents through the Central agencies.
On the other hand, Kamal Haasan’s former partner, Gautami said that Kamal Haasan does not have a chance to win over the BJP leader Vanathi Srinivasan from the Coimbatore South Assembly constituency. She said that the BJP leader is far more matured and accepted by the people of the Coimbatore South Assembly constituency than Kamal Haasan.
Recently, the IT department officials have raided the residence and offices of the MNM party’s state treasurer and seized Rs.11.25 crores in cash and around Rs.80 crore of unaccounted income.
