Iran–US Talks End in Switzerland, Four Working Groups Formed on Nuclear Deal

Technical discussions between Iran and the United States held in Switzerland have concluded with both sides agreeing to establish structured working groups focused on key issues, Iranian state media reported on Tuesday.

According to IRNA, quoting Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi, the negotiating teams have agreed to form four separate working groups covering Sanctions Termination, Nuclear Affairs, Reconstruction and Economic Development, and Monitoring and Implementation.

The move is being seen as an attempt to formalize and streamline future dialogue on one of the most sensitive geopolitical issues between the two countries.

While the talks did not produce a final agreement, the creation of specialized groups signals a continued diplomatic effort to address nuclear concerns alongside sanctions relief and broader economic considerations.
