
The NDA government in Andhra Pradesh is continuing its efforts to attract global investments, with IT and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh currently on an official visit to South Korea.
As part of the tour, Lokesh has been meeting business leaders and industry representatives in Seoul, inviting them to explore investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh across key sectors.
Among his engagements, Lokesh met Lee Cheong-geun, Chairman and CEO of Shoealls, a South Korean company known for its certified smart healthcare footwear and medical device innovations.
The discussions reportedly focused on the state’s investment ecosystem and the potential for collaboration in healthcare technology and advanced manufacturing. The Andhra Pradesh government has been actively reaching out to international companies, highlighting its industry-friendly policies, skilled workforce, and improving infrastructure to position the state as an attractive destination for foreign investment.
Lokesh’s South Korea visit is part of the government’s broader strategy to strengthen global partnerships and bring high-value investments that can generate employment and accelerate industrial growth in Andhra Pradesh.
