Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru which was released during last Sankranthi season had a pretty good run at the box office. The Anil Ravipudi directorial is the highest grosser in Mahesh Babu’s career till date.
Cut to now, Sarileru Neekevvaru has set another box office record and here are more details about the same.
As per box office tracking portal Box Office Mojo, Sarileru Neekevvaru grossed $37.38 million at worldwide box office. It is the only Telugu film to feature on the list of highest grossing films(international) of 2020. It stands 41st on the list.
Interestingly enough, Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramulo which had an exceptional run at the box offices across the twin Telugu states did not feature in the list.
On the work front, Mahesh Babu is presently busy with Sarkaru Vaari Paata. He will be commencing shooting for SSMB28, a Trivikram directorial from September or later this year. He is scheduled to work with Rajamouli once he is done with Trivikram’s film.
