The CBI court has extended the interim bail given to the former IAS official Sri Lakshmi arrested in connection with the OMC scam, till March 20. The court directed her to appear before it on March 21.
Sri Lakshmi was given interim bail when she complained of back pain and doctors recommended a surgery. Recently the court gave her permission to go to Raya Vellore in Tamil Nadu for further treatment. She now asked for extension of her bail by 2 more months for continuing treatment at Vellore. The court sanctioned her extension.n.
