Megastar Chiranjeevi’s much-awaited socio-fantasy film Vishwambhara is progressing steadily through the final phase of post-production, with the makers intensifying work to meet their planned release schedule.
Directed by Vassishta and produced by UV Creations on a lavish scale, the film is currently in the final stages of its extensive VFX work. Multiple leading visual effects studios are reportedly working on the project to bring its fantasy world to life with high-quality visuals.
According to industry buzz, the makers are eyeing a worldwide theatrical release on October 16, coinciding with the Dussehra festive season. While an official announcement is yet to be made, the team is said to be confident of achieving the target as post-production has gathered pace over the past few weeks.
The film had earlier faced concerns over its release timeline due to the massive computer-generated imagery required for its ambitious fantasy setting. However, with the VFX work progressing smoothly, the production team is optimistic about completing the remaining work on schedule.
Although the first teaser received a mixed response, the special glimpse released on Chiranjeevi’s birthday significantly boosted excitement among fans. The latest promotional content has renewed confidence in the film and raised expectations ahead of its release.
Vishwambhara marks Chiranjeevi’s return to the socio-fantasy genre, a space that many fans closely associate with his iconic classic Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari.
