Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu won hearts by fulfilling a promise he made to 96-year-old Satyanarayana, a devoted admirer from West Godavari district. Just a day after assuring the elderly man on social media that they would meet in Siddhantam, the Chief Minister ensured the meeting took place despite his demanding schedule.

After participating in official programs, interacting with farmers, and inspecting agricultural fields in the region, Chandrababu was preparing to leave. However, he remembered the commitment he had made and immediately instructed officials to bring Satyanarayana to his caravan for a personal interaction.

The meeting turned into an emotional and memorable moment. Chandrababu warmly enquired about Satyanarayana’s health, well-being, and family circumstances. During the conversation, the elderly man sought medical assistance for his ailing son and also requested better drainage facilities for his village.

Responding promptly, the Chief Minister assured medical support for the son and directed officials to take necessary steps to improve the village’s drainage infrastructure. When he learned that Satyanarayana did not own a house, Chandrababu also instructed the district administration to extend assistance for the construction of a home.

Satyanarayana had recently captured public attention after expressing his deep admiration for Chandrababu Naidu, comparing him to the sacred Ganga and sharing his wish to meet him in person. The Chief Minister’s decision to honor that request has now become a widely appreciated gesture.

The heartwarming interaction has drawn praise from many, with supporters highlighting it as an example of Chandrababu’s commitment to keeping his word and connecting personally with people, regardless of their background or age.
