Now, things appear to be changing in her favor. The actress has reportedly landed a key role in director Trivikram Srinivas’s upcoming film AK47, starring Venkatesh Daggubati in the lead role. At the same time, film circles suggest that she is also likely to join another major project featuring Chiranjeevi.
According to ongoing reports, Nivetha Pethuraj is being considered for K. S. Ravindra’s next directorial venture with Chiranjeevi. The project already features Priyamani and Anaswara Rajan in important roles. The addition of Nivetha is expected to add both glamour and strong screen presence to the film.
Interestingly, in both upcoming projects, she will be sharing screen space with other leading actresses. Reports also mention that Srinidhi Shetty is part of AK47. Despite the ensemble casting, insiders claim Nivetha’s roles in both films will carry solid importance.
While she previously attempted solo female-led films, those projects did not significantly boost her career momentum. However, being associated with two major stars like Venkatesh and Chiranjeevi could open new doors for her in the industry.
Nivetha Pethuraj was last seen in the film Boo, which released in 2023, and these latest developments suggest she may now be entering a stronger phase in her career.
